Viennoiserie is the French word to group all pastries made with croissant dough such as croissant, pain au chocolat or Danish
(We only use French butter)

Croissant

Symbol of a French breakfast, the croissant has a peculiar shape of a crescent moon it is why it is called this way. Made with butter, flour, yeast, milk 

Pain au Chocolat

Same dough as the croissant, with 2 chocolate sticks. It has a different shape as the croissant, it is why it isn’t a “chocolate croissant”. But in UK, most of the people will call it this way. 

Pain aux Raisins

Raisin soaked in Guiness and whiskey then mixed into the dough, it is then shaped as a snail. Many customers in England will call it a “Raisin Danish” because it has a similar shape as a “Cinnamon Danish”... but in fact it isn’t a Danish pastry.

Danish

Croissant dough, topped with pastry cream and fresh fruits. Choice between Pear, Apricot and Blackcurrant (sometimes raspberry) 

Almond Croissant

Normal croissant filled with frangipane (almond type of cream) and topped with almonds flakes and icing sugar. 

Brioche

Sponge butter cake, people often think it is a French type of muffin. It is in fact a sweet bread. Toasted with butter and/or chocolate it is traditional afternoon snack or Sunday breakfast.

Cinnamon Bun

Dough made with flour, cream, butter, eggs, sugar and salt with a cinnamon cream filling

Chausson aux Pommes

Puff pastry filled with apple compote. Its name in English is: Apple turnover. 

 

BISCUITS


Meringue

Egg white whisked then cooked. Exist in three flavours: Coffee, Vanilla (plain) and Chocolate. Gluten free

Madeleine

Sort of sponge cake. Sold by pack of 5. Exist also in different flavours: Vanilla (plain), chocolate and lemon. 

French Maccarons

meringue, ground almond, sugar filled with flavour mix and butter cream (chocolate, vanilla, lemon, pistachio, raspberry and blueberry).

Note that the raspberry and blueberry maccarons are Gluten Free. 

Coconut Macaroons

Whisked egg white with desiccated coconut. Gluten free. 

Sablé

Butter and sugar biscuit. 

Cookies

Two large cookies sold individually: Pecan nuts & dark chocolate, Almonds, white chocolate and chocolate chips. 

Double Chocolate Cookies

White and dark chocolate. Oats, butter, sugar and eggs. 

Biscotti

Pistachio, almonds, polenta, flour, eggs, sugar, butter. 

Florentine

Sugar, almond, honey cream, butter, flaked almond, orange peel dipped in dark or white chocolate. 

Nut Cracker

Whisked egg white with desiccated coconut. Gluten free

Polux

Butter and sugar biscuit

Palmiers

Two large cookies sold individually: Pecan nuts & dark chocolate, Almonds, white chocolate and chocolate chips. 

Loaf Cakes / Slices

White and dark chocolate. Oats, butter, sugar and eggs.
